How many days does it take for me to receive my products?
We strive for speedy deliveries, all plain items are dispatched within 72 hours via Royal Mail 24 service. We aim to ship all custom orders within 10 working days, this can be guaranteed with an additional payment of £19.99
Which printing method is used?
Screen printing is the chosen method for aesthetic appeal, quality and durability.
I want to see what my product will look like before printing, is this possible?
Absolutely! We can create a digital mock up of your design, this gives you the chance to finely tune the size and positioning of your print.
I already use a printer, can I purchase the products plain?
Certainly, we keep all stock on hand in the UK and we can dispatch the plain items to you to be customised at your will.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not have an MOQ for plain items. Our MOQ for customised items is 100 pieces.
Can I mix colours & sizes?
Yes, all sizes & colours can be mixed at your will – there is no MOQ for size or colour.
Is it possible to create physical customised sample pieces under the MOQ?
Due to the printing method used, it is not possible to print under a run of 100. However, we can create an accurate digital mock up in order for you to get a feel for the end product.
